Nokia stocks have been kept along pretty good for a company being to recovery from a disaster buy-out. It’s traded as NOK at $5.71 in New York stock exchange and Nasdaq Helsinki as NOKIA at 5.06 up today.

FIH formerly known as Foxconn might settle a deal of USD350 million with Microsoft for the entry level phone assets.
A Finnish company HMD global oy (HMD) recently signed a strategic agreement with Nokia technologies and licensing unit of Nokia Corporation, Providing the use of Nokia brand mobiles, tablets and cellular standards to HDM.
With HDM buying the rights of NOKIA brand and FIH with the assets, these phones and tablets are likely to manufacture by the giant mobile manufacture (including apple devices) Taiwan’s Foxconn collaborating HDM.
Wall Street reports HDM is to invest USD500 million in next three years, also they might not be focusing on the top end smartphones. Instead the Nokia tablets might have top end specs and the mobile will be mid rage or small keyboard phones playing safe.
Management of Nokia?
HDM global oy is a sub company of Smart connect LP. Microsoft and FIH holds equity in the company. HDM is run by Nokia past employees and funds will be managed by HDM executives and Jean-Francois Baril (ex Nokia executive). May wish them luck in forth coming.
